Global Edutainment Inc. was created on October 16, 2001 as a Florida corporation with its main office in Miami and divisions in Latin America. Global Edutainment Inc. was formed by Performance Sport C.A., Aguasal C.A., and Educacion Entretenida Ltd., three established companies with more than 30 years of experience in the areas of sports and special events marketing, event production, sponsorship sales, edutainment attractions, and  tourist developments, primarily in Latin America but with some in the United States.
